With a 2 on 2, Oosthuizen gets a piece of history (AP) Apr 9th 2012, 01:17 More than 75 years ago, Gene Sarazen put the Masters on the map with a double-eagle. Louis Oosthuizen nearly won a green jacket with his Sunday. In 1935, when players weren't routinely hitting the ball so far, Sarazen pulled out a 4-wood from 235 yards, blasted the ball over the creek that guards the 15th green, then celebrated when he made a double-eagle.
