PGA Tour opener at Kapalua delayed once again by high wind Jan 6th 2013, 23:37 The latest attempt to start the PGA Tour season lasted just over an hour. High wind returned to Kapalua on Sunday and left officials no choice but to bring the players in from the Plantation Course with no one completing more than five holes.
